Congratulations!

I stood in on the end of year awards ceremony today and think that our girls deserve some more recognition for their acheivements, both academic and athletic. Our girls names were up on that screen so much I don't remember everything. From music to math to sports our girls had a successful year.

We had like 5 or 6 players nominated for Rookie of the Year but Maria Philpott took won top Honours. Two of our girls were nominated for Sportsperson of the Year, won by Michele Peddle. Beth Peddle received top academic honours for finishing at the top of her class (Level 1). Erin Bursey received a nomination for Athlete of the Year as well as Rookie of the Year.
