October/November Schedule - Updated Nov 1st
Practice times - dressed on the floor ready to begin practice at practice time (ie. try to be 10 minutes early).
Game times - dressed on the floor ready to begin warm-up 20 minutes PRIOR to scheduled game time. (ie try to be at the gym 30 minutes prior to game time).
